CS&P provided Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical design services for this new 60 bed care home for Caring Homes Group.

The project commenced with the demolition of a former 27 bed care home on the site.  We provided support to the Client in coordinating the demolition which included the removal of asbestos and filling in a former basement structure.

The new three storey building includes a sizable basement constructed on a challenging site.
